We want you to shop confidently. Read our clear, straightforward policies on 7-day returns, DOA replacements, and refunds.

7-Day Return & 48-Hour DOA Policy
We offer a 7-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. For items that arrive physically damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA), you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.

What we cover

We make returns straightforward. You are eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under the following conditions:

Standard 7-Day Return
Changed your mind? Return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
48-Hour DOA / Damaged
If your hardware arrives dead on arrival or physically damaged in transit, report it within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Wrong item delivered
If we accidentally shipped you the wrong product, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and send the correct item.

What we don't cover

Missing original packaging To qualify for a return or DOA replacement, the item must include all original boxes, manuals, cables, and protective packaging.
Used or altered items Products that have been booted up, registered, modified, or show signs of physical wear are not eligible for standard 7-day returns.
Delayed DOA claims Physical damage or Dead on Arrival claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be accepted. Please inspect your hardware immediately upon receipt.
Hardware faults after 7 days If your product develops a fault after the 7-day window, it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. You will need to contact the brand's authorized service center directly.

How to initiate a return

Follow these simple steps to request a return, exchange, or DOA replacement.

Contact Support
Email us with your order number. For DOA/damaged claims, include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Step 02
Pack the Item
Securely pack the hardware with all original accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
Step 03
Free Pickup
We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address within 1-2 business days.
Step 04
Resolution
Once the item passes our warehouse inspection, we will dispatch your replacement or process your refund.

How refunds work

Inspection passed Day 0
Your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes the quality check. You receive an approval email.
Refund initiated 1–2 days
We initiate the refund to your original payment method (UPI, Credit Card, Net Banking).
Bank processing 3–5 days
Your bank or payment provider processes the credit. Timing varies strictly by your bank's policies.
Amount credited Up to 7 days
The funds appear in your account.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, you will need to wait for delivery and initiate a standard 7-day return.
Will I get a refund on the shipping fee?
If a refund is issued due to our error (e.g., DOA, damaged in transit, wrong item), the original shipping charge is refunded in full. For standard 7-day "change of mind" returns, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if my product breaks after 7 days?
After the 7-day window, hardware faults fall under the manufacturer's warranty. Please visit our Warranty & Support page to find the nearest authorized service center for your brand.
Can I get store credit instead of a refund?
We don't currently offer store credit. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
