All products sold by Blueberry Info Solution are 100% genuine and come with a full manufacturer's warranty. While we assist with 7-day Dead on Arrival (DOA) replacements, all standard warranty claims and repairs are handled directly by the respective brand's authorized service centers.

Blueberry 7-Day DOA Policy

If your product arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or physically damaged in transit, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a pickup and provide a replacement within 7 days. Original packaging is strictly required.

Manufacturer Warranty

After 7 days, all hardware issues fall under the manufacturer's warranty. You will need to contact the brand's customer service directly or visit their authorized service center. Blueberry Info Solution does not repair or replace items after the 7-day window.

  • Defects in workmanship under normal use
  • Internal hardware failures
  • Display defects (dead pixels, backlight issues)
  • Motherboard and component failures

Strictly Not Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, spills)
  • Damage from power surges or improper use
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software, viruses, or OS issues
  • Consumables (batteries after 6 months)
