We ship across India with multiple speed options. Every order is packed carefully before it leaves our warehouse.

Packed & dispatched
Your items are picked, quality-checked, and packed — usually within 24 hours on business days.
Out for delivery
You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once the courier picks up your parcel.
Delivered
Parcels are handed over at your door. If you miss the delivery, the courier will reattempt once before returning it.

Do you ship outside India?
Not yet — we currently deliver across India only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible before dispatch. Reach out within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent to your email and phone once your order ships. You can also use our dedicated Track Order page to check status anytime.
Are there any items that can't be returned?
Perishables, personalised items, and items marked "final sale" at checkout are not eligible for returns. All other products follow our standard 7-day policy.
