About us

Blueberry Info Solutions is an IT hardware and infrastructure provider, incorporated in 2017. We supply laptops, workstations, servers, networking equipment, and related products to individuals and businesses across India.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and billing information at checkout.

Products & pricing

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and prices accurate. If a listing contains an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received. Prices and availability may change without notice until you complete checkout.

Product images are representative. Minor cosmetic variation does not affect performance specifications listed on the product page.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or limit orders (including bulk or reseller orders without prior arrangement).

You may cancel within 1 hour of placement if the order has not shipped. After dispatch, our Returns & Refund Policy applies.

Returns & warranty

Returns, DOA claims, and refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy. After the return window, manufacturer warranty terms apply to hardware faults.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blueberry Info Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
