• Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
• Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color or design.

3. Orders & Cancellations

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
• Customer Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior corporate authorization.

4. Returns, DOA & Warranties

Your purchases are governed by our specific store policies. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the following:

• 7-Day Returns: We offer a 7-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
• 48-Hour DOA Policy: Items that arrive physically damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.
• Manufacturer Warranty: After the initial 7-day window, all hardware faults fall strictly under the manufacturer's warranty. Blueberry Info Solution does not repair or replace items after 7 days. You must contact the brand's authorized service center. See our Warranty Policy for more information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Blueberry Info Solution or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not extract or utilize parts of the content without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blueberry Info Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the amount paid by you to Blueberry Info Solution for the specific product in question.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
