We want you to shop with confidence at Blueberry Info Solutions. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
7-day returns
You may return unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Items must include all accessories, manuals, cables, and protective materials received with the order.
Products that have been set up, registered with a manufacturer, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for standard returns.
Dead on arrival or transit damage (48 hours)
If hardware arrives damaged or dead on arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Wrong item sent
If we shipped the wrong product, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and send the correct item or issue a full refund.
How to start a return
- Email support@blueberryinfosolution.com with your order number and reason.
- Pack the item securely with all original contents.
- We arrange reverse pickup where applicable.
- After inspection, we process a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Banks and payment providers typically take 5–7 business days after we initiate the refund. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error (wrong item, DOA, or damage in transit).
After 7 days
Hardware faults reported after the 7-day window are handled under the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the brand's authorized service center for repair or replacement.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if they have not been dispatched. Once shipped, please follow the return process above.
